Funds for gas condensate refineries in Iran’s Tehran, Isfahan and Abadan cities will be ensured by the securities of the Tehran Stock Exchange, Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said, Trend reports citing IRINN.
He said that this project requires internal funds worth 230 trillion rials (about $5.47 billion) for the processing of gas condensate.
He noted that additionally, external funds worth $3-$4 billion are needed, and negotiations are underway with the Iranian Central Bank to ensure the funds.
External funds will be used for the purchase of equipment and the related work.
