Trend:
The share of natural gas in electricity production in Turkey increased by 0.64 percent in December 2019, and slightly over 25, 935 megawatts of electricity were produced with usage of natural gas, Trend reports referring to Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).
The share of electricity produced with usage of natural gas was 30.53 percent, according to the EPDK report.
In December 2019, a total of 84,957 megawatts was generated in Turkey as a whole, which is 2.1 percent more compared to December 2018.
