The Kazakh government intends to finally coordinate a text of an intergovernmental agreement with Azerbaijan shortly. The Kazakh government told Trend special correspondent in Astana a next meeting on Kazakhstans joining to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline system was held with the participation of the Azerbaijani experts.
The Azerbaijani side voiced its principle agreement with the text of an agreement designed by Kazakh experts.
At the instruction of the Kazakh Prime Minister Danial Akhmatov, additional point on stability of the tax regime will be supplemented to the agreement.
Agreement on Kazakhstans joining to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan is scheduled for signing at the summit of the Council of Interaction and Confidence Measures in Asia due in June.
