The turnover of the distributing networks managed by Barmek will be set up as soon as the side to undertake the management over energy network is defined, Barmek told Trend.
According to companys officials, the networks can be given to Azerenergy, the Ministry of Economic Development, or Bakielektrikshebeke company.
In accordance with the contract, the turnover of the company is to complete by 3 August. Barmek developed an action plan on networks which were under its management for 10 years. There are plans on activities for entire period of management (25 years). The company is ready to hand in the plans to any company that will undertake the further management.
Azerenergy will more probably receive the funds that the Economic Committee committed Barmek to repay at the lawsuit filed against Barmek from the suspended accounts of the energy distributor, Barmek told Trend.
The Economic Court committed the energy distributor Barmek to repay 92m AZN to Azerenergy company.
According to Barmek, at present the subscribers of the first category, owe the company over $100m for the energy supply. These are Baku metro, Azerbaijani water company and others.
