Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend / Caspian Marine Oil Flotilla of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) begins to apply certificates 'ISO 9000 / ISO 14000 / OHSAS 18001' on systems of management of health and security in the production, environment, quality, improvement of the technical documents, a source in SOCAR stated.
Since the third quarter of 2006, the Flotilla has been working on receiving certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 on international ecological management standards. This work is carried out by Russian Registr Consulting JSC.
Due to large volume of work carried out by the Flotilla, the certificate OHSAS 18001 on management of health and security in the production is intended to be received after receiving certificates ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. A preliminary agreement has been reached on this issue with Registr Consulting.
The certificate ISO 9001 on management of quality has already been applied in the Flotilla.
