Movable and immovable property appropriated by TBC Bank in the third quarter of 2020 amounted to 82.03 million lari ($25.36 million), Trend reports via Georgian media.

In the same period last year, this figure amounted to 59.74 million lari ($18.4 million).

It should be noted that in the first 9 months of the current year, TBC Bank’s total assets made up 20.96 billion lari ($6.4 billion). In the third quarter of 2019, the total assets of the bank amounted to 17.69 billion lari ($5.4 billion).

According to the data for the third quarter of 2020, the movable and immovable property appropriated by the five largest banks such as Georgia Bank, TBC, Liberty Bank, VTB Bank, and Basisbank amounted to 213.62 million lari ($66.05 million).

TBC Bank is a Georgian bank headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia. The name, TBC Bank, traces its root to its original name, Tbilisi Business Center, dating back to 1992. Currently, TBC is registered as the official name of the bank, not just an abbreviation of the original name.
