Azerbaijan IT Company Ultra completes works on introducing electronic document circulation system in the Ministry of Economic Development, the company said.
The project envisages a complete transfer of all paper records, personnel and financial records to an electronic form.
Ultra Company said the project is being implemented in phases, and today at the ministry was introduced a series of modules to automate circulation of documents. The Ministry uses a Megapolis DocNet system, which allows more quickly preparing and disseminating relevant documents on target recipients, as well as reducing the use of human resources and paper. On the intranet level, the Ministry is also used digital signature. Today the ministry also introduces electronic digital signature
Introduction of modules "Personnel management" and "Consideration of applications of citizens" is under completion.
The module consideration of applications of citizens would respond more quickly to citizens' requests and make the process more transparent, and module Personnel management will enhance the professional level of personnel. In the future, electronic control system will be expanded to all structures, subordinated to the ministry.
The Company has signed a document on the introduction of the system of electronic circulation of documents in the Azerbaijan Finance Ministry. Similar projects are planned to be implemented in two ministries of the Republic.
