Aztelekom LLC, Azerbaijan’s state communication operator, is preparing to introduce prepaid system for communication services and Internet in district telecommunication centers, a source in the company told Trend.
The prepaid system was tested in the Khachmaz telecommunication center of the operator and as the telecommunication networks of the operator are reconstructed, the system will be gradually expanded to cover other regional communication centers.
Prepaid system was developed by the information and computing center of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies of Azerbaijan.
An important advantage of the new billing system is that it allows subscribers to calculate their expenses in advance.
