According to Sidorov, the board made such decision as a result of research.
“Stabile political and economic situation in the country, as well as necessary business climate established in regard to foreign enterprises, state assistance to entrepreneurship had positive impact on making of decision,” Sidorov concluded.
Touching upon opening of representative office, Sidorov noted that it would be carried out by late 2005 or early 2006.
The Company has offices in Moscow, Petersburg, Kiev, Warsaw, Prague, and Kazakhstan.
“The office in Baku will cosiderable serve to development of cooperation with Azerbaijani ICT Companies,” RRC said.
