Turkmenistan’s Turkmennebit State Concern has opened a tender for the provision of services for the drilling of two horizontal wells with the provision and installation of downhole equipment for injection in the North Goturdepe field.
The potential bidders are invited to submit an application, indicating the full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details.
The bidders should get acquainted with the law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services for state needs; an extract from the Tender Rules, and a list of documents required to participate in the tender.
One sealed envelope with a full tender proposal and stamped by inked seal must be delivered to the specified address. The basic terms of the contract (in Word format), as well as technical and economic specifications (in Excel format), have to be attached to the envelope.
The tender bids are accepted within 30 days from the date of publication of the announcement.
An invoice for $1,725 (including VAT) should be issued for each lot.
