Details of import-export via Iran's Bushehr Province announced

About 221,000 tons of goods were exported and 37,100 tons were imported through the Bushehr port in the Bushehr Province (southern Iran) in the 10th month of the current Iranian year (December 21, 2020 through January 19, 2021), Trend reports citing the statistics of Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).

According to the statistics, a total of 291,000 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in the Bushehr port within 10th month. Of this, about 225,000 tons were loaded and 65,800 tons were unloaded.

“Over the 10th month, 3,980 tons of cargo were loaded and 28,200 tons were unloaded for cabotage in the port,” the statistics said.

In addition, 738 tons of cargo were loaded and 323 tons were unloaded in the port for other purposes during the reporting month,” the statistics said.

According to the statistics, 8,880 tons of essential products, 1,680 tons of metal products, 176 tons of construction and mining materials, 1,460 tons of equipment, vehicles and spare parts were loaded and unloaded in the Bushehr port.

“Also, 530 tons of leather products, clothing, fibers, paper and wood materials, 403 tons of small and various products, 32,200 tons of container products, 69,800 tons of oil products were loaded and unloaded,” the statistics said.

As reported, a total of 10.8 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the 10th month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 6.32 million tons were unloaded and 4.55 million tons were loaded.
