Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov presented heads of state agencies.
"I presented Mazhit Esenbaeva as a head of the Customs Committee," Masimov wrote in his account in twitter on Thursday.
Esenbayev previously served as a chairman of Agency on Protection of Competition of Kazakhstan.
Masimov also presented Gabidolla Abdrakhimov as a chairman of the Agency for Protection of Competition and Erlan Koshanov as a head of the Prime Minister Office.
