The investigation of the case of the murder of 15 people at the Arkankergen temporary border post has been completed in Kazakhstan, the Kazakh General Military Prosecutor's Office said today.

The investigation of the case of the murder of 15 people at the Arkankergen temporary border post has been completed in Kazakhstan, the Kazakh General Military Prosecutor's Office said today.

'The investigation of the criminal case against serviceman Chelakh, accused of murder and other crimes was completed on October 2, 2012', a statement said.

The person has been accused on nine articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trial will be by jury.

A criminal case was submitted to the court for consideration on Oct. 31, 2012.

Some 15 bodies were found at the Arkankergen border post in late May including 14 border guards and a ranger. Later border guard Vladislav Chelakh confessed that he killed his colleagues and was arrested. However, later he refuted this confession in late July.
