Iran unveiled Karrar, the first stealth bomber drone, Sunday in a ceremony marking Defense Industry Day, ISNA reported
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was present in the ceremony.
Karrar, the first indigenous drone with turbojet engine is able to carry shipment to hit the determined targets.
The jet is able to keep flying to remote areas at high altitudes for a long time and carry out various missions.
Also Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces Hassan Firouzabadi an Iran's Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Reza Taqhipour attended the ceremony.
