UN Secretary General "Friend’s Group" To Discuss Abkhazian Issue In Berlin

Friend's Group" of UN Secretary General will meet in Berlin on Monday to discuss Georgian-Abkhazian conflict, reported PNA.

Diplomats form Germany, France, Gate Britain, Russia and the USA will assemble to prepare the ideas, which could be offered to the conflict sides to regulate the conflict.

The German side has prepared three-staged plan.

According to the plan, at the first stage Vladimir Putin's decree from April 16 should be abolished. The second stage envisages economic rehabilitation of conflict zones including free economic zones creation in Gali and Ochamchire. The third stage envisages political decisions.

Representatives of the Georgian government greeted the plan.

Though Russia states that no plan has been worked out. According to Russian foreign ministry, group of friends tries to form position on this issue at the meeting in Berlin this week.
