The US and European Union countries imposed sanctions against Russia for allegedly suppporting anti-Kiev rebels in Ukraine. Russia categorically denies involvement in the Ukranian crisis that it calls a "civil war", RIA novosti reported.
"As we have long said, the United States is prepared to consider rolling back sanctions on Russia when the Minsk agreements of September 2014, and now this agreement, are fully implemented," Kerry said in a statement.
