The "Smart Start" internship program implemented by Bakcell, the First Mobile Operator and the Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, has been completed. 22 young participants underwent internship in HR, Marketing, Business Technologies, Finance, Service and Product Development, Enterprise Resource Planning, Retail Sales and Distribution and Customer Service departments of the company. At the end of the program, 6 most successful participants have received job offers from Bakcell.

Internship programs are very important for the newly graduated young people, serving as a starting point in their career. Yet, another internship program of Bakcell has been conducted successfully. I would like to congratulate 6 young persons, who have successfully completed this program, on the occasion of them joining the "Bakcell family". This is a very useful start not only for those interns who have been offered jobs, but also for other 18 participants. They have been selected from more than 1500 candidates, and received a chance to go through internship in one of the largest companies of the country", says Mr. Richard Shearer, the CEO of Bakcell.
It should be noted that more than 1,500 applications for the participation in the internship program were submitted to Bakcell.
The 22 participants, who were successful through all stages of the selection process, have been provided with trainings on business ethics, career development planning, health, safety and environmental protection, effective time management, effective communication, self-fulfillment as well as other trainings, which will be useful for future professional careers of the interns. Bakcell has provided the participants with stipends during the whole 2 months of the internship program.
