Every manager of Azerbaijan organization, that daily working on projects, may become a participant of certification program of International Project Management Association (IPMA) and to get an international certificate, which is recognized in 58 countries around the world. Until November 20 we accept applications for participation in the training "Fundamentals of Project Management" to prepare to the international certification of IPMA. Training and exam will be held at a convenient language for you (azerbaijani, russian, english)
Training "Fundamentals of Project Management" will allow you to master the core competencies of project manager, to learn to work with basic documents: project charter, WBS, time planning, risk matrix, stakeholders map and many others. You will also learn about personal characteristics of project manager: leadership, self-control, motivation, negotiation, conflict and crises, and many others.
This training will be conducted by competent trainers AzPMA. Elvin Akhundov, certified IPMA project management specialist, head of the company, which will reveal the technical elements of project management through practical examples of companies. Farid Nadirov, certified IPMA project manager, head of project management office of one of the leading banks in the country, presents to audiences behavioral competencies using solutions of business practices. Murat Bagirzade, certified IPMA senior manager, Associate Professor, Project Manager with experience more than 25 years, tells the audience about the contextual competence of managers. Individual session will be devoted the study of Microsoft Project software.
After the training it will be conducted exams. Managers who have successfully passed the exams will get an international certificate IPMA on one of 4 levels (A, B, C, D). AzPMA is the official organ of the international certification of International Project Management Association in Azerbaijan. To confirm and obtain a certificate does not need to travel abroad, because all steps have place in Baku, in the office AzPMA, at a convenient time for you.
