Abulfaz Garayev, the Minister for Youth, Sports and Tourism, adjourned his visit to Cyprus, earlier scheduled for Monday (26 September), Trend reports quoting the deputy head of the Central Department for Tourism of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Khanoglan Gulaliyev.
According to Gulaliyev, the visit was adjourned in connection with the delay of an international conference on tourism, where Garayev planned to participate in. Originally scheduled for 25-27 September the forum dedicated to the Day of International Tourism was to be held with Tourism Ministers from over 30 countries.
It will be more probably held in October-November, the same source said. Under the event Garayev was scheduled to meet with heads of official delegations from other countries and discuss the perspectives of bilateral relationships in the sphere of tourism.
