At present, the Azerbaijani public service needs specialists in the fields of the economy and information and communication technologies (ICT), chairman of the State Commission on Public Service under the Azerbaijani President Bahram Khalilov told media today.
"Some 80 percent of the total number of people admitted to the civil service in the country falls to the youth," he said.
He also stressed that the Cabinet of Ministers approved new rules for admission to the civil service.
"No experience is required for coming into a low level of public service in accordance with the new rules," he said. "Those who graduated from the universities can participate in the exams by choosing positions in accordance with their own specialty."
