Polad Bulbul oglu, the Azerbaijani Culture Minister, participates in the festive
events dedicating to the 1000th anniversary of Kazan, the capital of the Tatarstan Republic, Russia, from 29 to 30 August, the Culture Ministry told Trend.
Bulbul oglu is in Kazan not only as the Minister, but also the Director General of the International Organization of Turkic-speaking Countries.
He plans to discuss perspectives of the bilateral and international cultural cooperation with Tatarstan, including events on celebration of the anniversary of Kazan in Turkey.
Besides, �Kazan of 1000th years’ photo-exhibition is expected to be opened with participation of Bulbul oglu within the events dedicating to the anniversary of Kazan in Ankara in October.
