The Supreme Court of Azerbaijan tried the cassation on 23 November by the single candidate from the Azadlig bloc from Zagatali constituency N110 Arif Hadjily. At the court session chaired by the judge Asad Mirzoyev the complaint of the plaintiff has not been upheld, Trend reports.
Earlier, Hadjili appealed against the decision of the Central Election Committee (CEC) of Azerbaijan on canceling the results of the voting at Zagatali constituency N110 at the Court of Appeals, which left the decision in force. Now Hadljili intends to appeal against the ruling of the Supreme Court at the Constitutional Court.
