The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of interest, unsecured, registered book-entry bonds worth 1 million manat of Kredit House non-bank credit organization, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) reported on Monday.
Around 1,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 manat each were issued within the emission. The circulation period is 720 days with an eight percent yield per annum and interest repayment period - once a quarter. Celsi Kapital is the underwriter.
Those willing to purchase bonds can apply to an organization which is a BSE member having a brokerage license.
