Representatives of the management of Russian JSC "Petroleum-chemical plant Sterlitamak" met with the officials of Azerikimya Production Association, says a statement by SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) on Wednesday. The representatives of this prestigious petroleum-chemical complex, which is located in the town of Sterlitamak in Bashkortostan, Russian Federation, offered the restoration of past links of cooperation with Azerikimya Production Association and expressed their interest in the purchase of Azerikimya's main products such as polyethylene, isopropyl alcohol and different types of resins.
The guests also informed the association in detail about products which they are able to offer to Azerbaijan. The importance of the restoration of cooperative links between "Petroleum-chemical plant Sterlitamak" and petroleum-chemical complex in Sumgait was underlined at the meeting. Besides, the confidence in the fast realization of works exercised in this sphere and their successful perspective of realization was reported.
