The chief of the Azerbaijani State Migration Service Arzu Rahimov has received the Turkish and Indian ambassadors to Azerbaijan.

Rahimov said during the meeting with a delegation headed by the Turkish Ambassador Hulusi Kilic and Indian Ambassador Debnad Show that using a "single window" system of regulating migration had yielded positive results, the State Migration Service said.

Rahimov briefed the diplomats about improvements in the migration control mechanism, foreigners and stateless persons' legal residence in Azerbaijan, granting appropriate labor permits and simplifying registration for them, and ensuring transparency in this area.

The ambassadors, thanking Rahimov for his warm welcome, positively evaluated migration policy in the country and showed appreciation for the "single window" principle.
