Georgia's parliamentary delegation is participating at the winter session of PACE in Strasburg.

The chairman of Georgian Dream - Free Democrats parliamentary faction, Irakli Chikovani was elected the chairman of PACE subcommittee on integration at the session on Jan.30.

The subcommittee is the part of the Committee on Migration, Refugees and IDPs.

The work in this subcommittee is of special importance for Georgia, according to the MP.

"The subcommittee works on the issues of integration of refugees, IDPs and migrants to the society, as well as on creating relevant conditions for them. These issues are important for our country, as Georgia has hundreds of thousands refugees. I thank my colleagues for their trust and will do everything for solving all the problems as soon as possible," Chikovani said.
