On the basis of intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Armenia, chairman of the board of Gazprom JSC Alexey Miller and Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan signed an agreement on purchase and sale of 20 percent of ArmRosgazprom CJSC shares in the central office of Gazprom JSC, Panorama.am reported on Jan.17.
As a result of the deal, Gazprom increased its share in the authorized capital of ArmRosgazprom CJSC to 100 percent, according to the company. The enterprise will be named Gazprom Armenia.
