Currently, Armenia needs a change of power, former defense minister of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan said, news.am website reported.
According to the ex-minister, Armenia needs new authorities, a new and literate team.
“Let new and more literate forces come, which will be able to take this country to the progress faster. We are going round in a circle if not suffering regress,” Ohanyan said.
