Georgian political scientist Soso Tsintsadze is sure that Russia has already selected a candidate to replace President Mikheil Saakashvili. He cited the article "Moscow Determines a Candidate to Replace Saakashvili," which was published in the Russian Nezavisimaya Gazeta newspaper.
The expert said he has been reading the paper for 20 years, and the publication has never once made a wrong forecast.
"At this time, according to the paper, Moscow has selected a candidate to replace Saakashvili. It is former Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli," he said.
The expert noted Nogaideli's visit to Moscow where he will meet with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
