BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. Türkiye increased its exports of chemical products to Kazakhstan by 7.7 percent from January through March 2024, bringing them to $56.6 million compared to the same period last year, the statement of Türkiye's Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
“In March 2024, exports of Turkish chemical products to Kazakhstan decreased by 18.9 percent compared to the same month of 2023 and amounted to $20.6 million," the statement reads.
However, Türkiye increased its chemical exports by 7.7 percent year-on-year to $8 billion from January through March 2024.
Türkiye's chemical exports to world markets in March 2024 increased 5.7 percent compared to the same month in 2023, reaching $3 billion.
To note, Türkiye exported $31.1 billion worth of chemical products in the last 12 months (from March 2023 through March 2024).
