The United States has not reduced its support to Georgia, Georgian Ambassador to the United States Batu Kutelia said at a reception dedicated to Independence Day at the embassy.
Members of Senate, Congress and the U.S. State Department attended the event and expressed their support for Georgia.
"Moreover, I can say that this support has moved to a new level, become focused and continues in the previously planned size and scope," Kutelia said.
Kutelia noted that the reception was "very personable" and "is a demonstration of U.S. support to Georgia."
