Littoral countries draw project of cruise in Caspian Sea

Caspian countries are working out the draft of cruise in Caspian Sea, chief of overseas tourism with the Ministry Elchin Gafarli told Trend.

Gafarli said that had been Turkmenistans incentive. The cruise is planned to cover 5 littoral countries Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Russia. The project details will be discussed at the meeting of tourism ministries experts held August 10-12 and 24-27 in Astrakhan and Aktau, said Gafarli.

Within these meetings, a tourism exhibition will be held in Astrakhan and festival in Aktau. Azerbaijan is expected to get represented at both the events.

Gafarli said the first voyage will be quite informative, with representation of tourism companies and media. The department chief said Turkmenistan had already allotted a boat for cruises. Further each country will be able to provide its own boat for voyages.
