According to the requirements of normative and technical documents, the maximum storage period of cookies is three months, dry biscuits - six months.

The monitoring confirmed the discrepancy, and over 12 tons of product, date of manufacture of which was over one year, were found at the warehouse of the company.

There was also found 1,439 empty boxes for packing goods produced in Turkey under the brand Elvan. Thus, they envisaged packaging of products manufactured by the company, with a view to its further distribution as products manufactured in Turkey. Elvan İrmak, making an unfair competition, misled the consumers.
