"The agreement is the beginning of our fruitful relations," he said. "I would like to reach another, higher level of cooperation."
About 71 subjects of the Russian Federation are involved in foreign trade with Azerbaijan. About 15 Russian regions signed an agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation.
