The administration of the Balkan region of Turkmenistan is extending the term of the previously announced international tender for the design and turnkey construction of buildings at the Avaza resort.
The subject of the contest is to build available housing, a hotel complex and reconstruct the existing micro region.
Those wishing to participate in the tender must submit their tender bids to the Capital Construction Office of the Balkan administration.
Bids will be accepted from 9:00 until 18:00. The deadline is September 30, 2013.
Packages with tender bids must be delivered to House 14, micro region 14, Gurbansoltan Eje Shayoly, Balkanabat, Balkan Province, Turkmenistan.
