Azerbaijan’s Ganja instrument making plant to produce ball valves

Azerbaijan’s Ganja instrument making plant will launch a new line for the production of ball valves for domestic use, a source in the plant told Trend.

According to the source, the production of valves will begin in November 2019.

"At the first stage, 50,000 ball valves are planned to be produced and to be supplied to the domestic market. In case of great demand, the production volumes are planned to be increased by the end of the year. The valves are also planned to be exported in the future, mainly to Russia and Georgia, which are the main sales markets of our company."

The plant intends to increase the export volumes, mainly to the CIS countries.

Presently, the Ganja instrument making plant is operating at full capacity. All the workshops of the plant are involved in the technological process. Some 160 people work at the plant.

Ganja instrument making plant is one of the most important Azerbaijani enterprises in the field of instrument making, engaged in the development and production of measuring instruments, automatic and automated control systems.
