Denmark exports medicines to Iran

Denmark's Ambassador to Tehran Danny Annan announced on Feb. 5 that his country exports medicines to Iran.

"A shipment of medicines has been supplied from Denmark to Iran,” Denmark's Ambassador to Tehran Danny Annan said, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.

Regarding the cooperation between Iran and Denmark, good steps have been taken to boost bilateral relations; however, Iran and Denmark have not had cooperation in medical sphere, the ambassador added.

"The EU does not agree with these sanctions; Germany and France are trying to maintain and develop their trade relations with Iran by establishing multilateral relations," Danny Annan said referring to the US sanctions against Iran.

He announced that Denmark has decided to continue to develop ties with Iran and that the country's biggest pharmaceutical company will start production in Iran within two months.
