It needs to expand the legislative base on application of compulsory medical insurance, trend reports quoting the permanent social-political commission of Azerbaijani parliament.
A special plan of measures has been prepared in relation with this. Besides, the specialists of the Finance Ministry of Azerbaijan has prepared pack of proposals and submitted to the relevant bodies. After the pack of proposal is considered in the Cabinet of Ministers, it will be forwarded to the Presidents Office.
After the Presidents Office gives a positive response about the document, the measures will be taken for the expansion of the legislative base to apply compulsory medical insurance. Besides, the document will be presented to the discussions in relevant commissions of the parliament.
