State Property Committee Revealed Facts on Illegal Use of Uninhabited Areas in Parks

The State Property Committee has promulgated the results of monitoring conducted with the aim to reveal the state property being used illegally, as well as units which were illegally appropriated. Trend reports quoting a press-release being spread by the State Committee, that in result of the measures taken, facts on illegal use uninhabited areas located on the territories of parks and units of the culture fund, are considered being state-owned property. In order to eliminate the non-efficient use of state-owned social, culture, and other units, the State Committee regularly coordinates its work with the local executive bodies.

The monitoring is conducted by group of a Commission, which was found under the State Property Committee in order to fulfill the Presidential Decree dated November 16, 2005 concerning complex measures to be taken to for efficient use of state-owned uninhabited areas.
