The annual meeting of shareholders of AzerDamirYolBank has been fixed to April 7, 2007, a source in the Commercial Bank told Trend. According to the agenda of the forthcoming meeting, six issues are expected to be discussed.
The shareholders will discuss the annual financial report of AzerDamirYolBank, which was approved by an independent auditor of the Bank and recommended by the Audit Committee, issues on concluding more important deal, increasing the authorized capital. Due to the changes made, discussions will be held both in the Supervisory Board and Board of the Bank. The issue on redistributing the return gained over the activity of the Bank in 2006 has also been included into the agenda of the forthcoming meeting of the shareholders.
Starting from 2005, EBRD has become a shareholder of the AzerDamirYolBank. It holds 25% of stake plus 1 share. In addition to EBRD, the Bank has 900 shareholders with different legal and physical persons being among them.
