Within the program on restructuring of electric energy branch Azerenerji JSC established Scientific-Research and Project-Survey Institute to increase effectiveness of scientific research in this sphere, the press service of the Company told Trend.
New unit was established through merging of the Energy and Energy Project Scientific-Research Institute with the Bakhydroproject Institute. The vice-President of Azerenerji, Marlen Asgarov explains the decision with necessity of quality change of approach to scientific developments in electric energy and energy projecting in Azsrbaijan.
Asgarov noted that there was no staff reduction in relation to merging of two institutes. All qualified personnel are very important and necessary for energy sector. Therefore, no structural changes affect their employment, he added.
