BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 20. The State Tax Service (STS) under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has registered the NovoCapital CJSC investment company, Trend reports.
The authorized capital of the company is 300,000 manat ($176,470), and its official representative is Hamdulla Azizov.
NovoCapital's legal address: 103 Mir Jalal str., Binagadi district, Baku city.
As of now, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued licenses to 12 investment companies:
