Brother of former Justice Minister Zurab Adeishvili - David Adeishvili has been put on the international wanted list.
As the Kakheti Information Centre Agency reported, the District Prosecutor's Office accuses David Adeishvili of abuse of power. The court selected a measure of restriction against David Adeishvili as a pre-trial detention in absentia.
According to an official report, at present Adeishvili has absconded. According to his lawyer Gocha Tediashvili, he will return to Georgia only if his prosecution is dropped, or measure of restriction against him will be mitigated.
Former minister Zurab Adeishvili is also hiding abroad and Georgia Prosecutor's Office declared him wanted.
