Turkey’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources banned 'Grup Akay Dış Cephe Ürünleri İnşaat Taahhüt İmalat İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi' from participating in tenders held by the Turkish BOTAS TANAP Land Acquisition Directorate, the ministry told Trend.
The ministry did not name the reasons for making this decision.
The ban on participation in BOTAS’ tenders was introduced for a period of one month.
Also, co-founders and subsidiaries of the mentioned company will not be able to participate in tenders held by BOTAS, the ministry said.
