in the report,” the head of the monitoring delegation underlined. He said that the parliamentary lections is a chance for Azerbaijan, the country is interested in holding of fair and open elections.

The delegation considers that the OSCE’s proposals were not be taken into consideration in the Elections Code. However, if there is political will, holding of fair elections even with current election committees will be possible.
