Azerbaijani Pasha Bank and Xalqbank combine their ATM networks, Xalqbank said on Tuesday.

According to the agreement signed between banks, customers having payroll cards of these banks will be able to use ATMs of Xalq Bank and Pasha Bank without a cashing fee. The unified network will include 25 ATMs in the capital and 18 in the regions of the country.

Extending the banks' service infrastructure by combining ATMs is another step to serve the card holders.

Moreover, the transaction of uniting two banks' ATMs in a single network has been held in Azerbaijan for the first time.

"PASHA Bank" was established in June 2007. It operates under license No 250 of the Azerbaijani Central Bank dated November 28, 2007. Its primary objective is to strengthen leadership in the corporate customer service, quality business growth on priorities determined by the strategy and further development of long-term and trust relations.

Xalq Bank operates under license No 246 of the Azerbaijani Central Bank on December 27, 2004.

At present, Xalq Bank's branch network consists of 21 branches, six of which are located in Baku. The developed branch network, covering the entire country, is one of the priorities of the bank's development strategy. During the following years, the bank plans to continue operating actively to expand the branch network.
