The Turkish Armed Forces will train the Libyan army, a message published on the website of Turkey's General Staff on Dec.4 said.
At least 3000 Libyan servicemen will be trained in Turkey within 14 weeks, the message said.
Since 1992, Turkey has signed a number of agreements on holding military training. The country has trained service personnel from 14 countries since 2012.
