Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 April / Trend / On 29 April, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decreed on conferring honorary titles and orders on the employees of Trade Union Council of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) on its 40th anniversary, for their valuable contributions in the field of education and culture.
According to the decree, Mammad Bektashi, Gultaj Aliyeva, Aygun Huseynova, Nusreddin Mammadov, Mirzali Tagiyev, Sakina Tagiyeva were titled 'Honorary Teacher of Azerbaijan Republic', while Gulkhara Ahmadova, Rovshan Huseynov, Rashadat Khudaverdiyev, Nasraddin Mehbaliyev were titled 'Honorary Worker of Culture of Azerbaijan Republic'.
Elman Hajiyev received 'Glory' order. Mammadali Hasanov, Mammad Huseynov, Khatira Ibrahimli, Nadir Ismayilli, Mirza Gahramanov, Yagub Gurbanov, Yashar Safarov, Nargiz Talibova received 'Taraggi' medal.
