Georgian-Azerbaijani relations are at a high level, the Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze said today in Tbilisi at a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
"Nevertheless, the relations need to develop and foreign ministers' frequent meetings greatly contribute it," he said.
Vashadze noted that during the meeting they discussed the whole range of bilateral issues, which included political and economic issues.
"We have productively worked, I can say that all the issues that were discussed today are important for bilateral relations," Vashadze said.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Mammadyarov said that the development of bilateral cooperation is predetermined by good relations of the two countries' presidents.
"There is excellent relationship between our countries' presidents, which predetermines the further development and deepening of bilateral ties," he said.
