Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan defined concrete directions of cooperation in the sphere of defense industry.
A delegation headed by the Kazakh Defense Minister Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, who is an official visit to Azerbaijan, has today met with the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's leadership following a meeting between the Azerbaijani Defense Industry Minister Yaver Jamalov and Mr Dzhaksybekov in September 2011, Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry told Trend on Wednesday.
The meeting stressed the Kazakh side's interest in defense products manufactured by Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry's enterprises.
Concrete directions of cooperation in defense industry sphere between the two countries were defined and prospects were discussed at the meeting.
Within the visit the guests are supposed to get acquainted with production process in some enterprises of the Defense Industry Ministry.
